Grief & Transition25 Guided Pages
When the Ground Shifts
Finding Firm Footing in Seasons of Grief & Transition
Psalms 34:18Matthew 5:42 Corinthians 1:3
About This Journal

There are seasons in life when the earth beneath you trembles. A relationship ends. A dream dissolves. A diagnosis arrives. A loved one is taken too soon. The world rearranges itself without your permission, and you are left wondering how to take the next step.

This journal was written for you. Not to rush you through your pain. Not to offer empty comfort. But to walk beside you — with the very Word of God as your guide — through the valley, and gently, firmly, lovingly lead you to the other side. God does not ask you to pretend the ground is not shifting. He asks only that you let Him be close.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
Name the Ground Beneath You
Psalms 34:18 — "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
The Hebrew word for "brokenhearted" describes something crushed, fractured at its core. To that level of pain God says: I am close. This section gives you permission to name your grief fully — because you cannot guard what you have not first honestly assessed.
2
The Lord Who Draws Near
2 Corinthians 1:3 — "...the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort."
Paul wrote from extraordinary suffering and began not with complaint but with praise for the God who meets him inside the pain. Not the God of some comfort — of ALL comfort. This section builds the posture of reception, not just endurance.
3
The Blessing Within the Mourning
Matthew 5:4 — "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
Jesus did not say blessed are those who have moved past mourning. Blessed are those in the thick of it. The comfort is inseparable from the mourning. This section gives you full, God-honoured permission to grieve.
4
Receiving God's Comfort
Psalms 34:18 — "...and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
The Hebrew word "saves" means to bring into a wide and open space. You do not end in the rubble. This section builds the spiritual muscle of holding grief and hope in the same hand simultaneously.
5
Rising from the Shift
2 Corinthians 1:4 — "...so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive."
Your pain is not wasted — it becomes the credential that allows you to sit with another woman and say: I know. I have been there. And God was faithful. Your testimony is forming even now.
A Glimpse Inside — Section 1 Directive
The Directive
"Let yourself be honest. Not the version of you that is holding up well. The real you — the one who wept in the shower. That woman is the one God draws near to. Psalms 34:18 is not a comfort for those who are slightly disappointed. It is a promise for the brokenhearted — the Hebrew word describes something crushed, fractured at its core. And to that level of pain God says: I am close. Name what is broken today."
What's Inside Each Section
Scripture Deep-DiveHebrew word studies that open the full weight of each passage
4 Reflection PromptsSpecific questions that move you from reading into real encounter
Guided Prayer PageSpace to write your raw, honest prayer to God after every section
Clear Next StepsSpecific, actionable directives — not vague suggestions

Purpose & Calling25 Guided Pages
She Who Decides
God-Centred Clarity for Women at the Crossroads
Jeremiah 29:11Galatians 1:15-16Ephesians 2:10
About This Journal

Every woman reaches crossroads. Moments where the path diverges and the decision in front of you carries more weight than you feel equipped to carry. A career shift. A relationship decision. A calling that seems too large for your résumé.

This journal is for the woman who needs more than advice. She needs a word from God. The world gives you frameworks. This journal gives you Scripture-rooted directives that align every decision with the One who already knows where every road leads. You were created to decide in partnership with the God who called you before you were born.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
God Already Knows
Jeremiah 29:11 — "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD."
The Hebrew word "yada" means intimate, thorough knowing — God is not confused about your situation. He already has a plan. This section anchors your decision-making in that truth before you take another step.
2
You Were Set Apart
Galatians 1:15-16 — "God, who set me apart from my mother's womb and called me by his grace..."
Before Paul made any choice, God had already set him apart. The call preceded the action. The purpose preceded the person. Your calling is not something you generate — it is something you uncover.
3
You Are His Masterpiece
Ephesians 2:10 — "We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works."
"Handiwork" in Greek is "poiema" — from which we get the word poem. You are God's poem. And the good works were prepared in advance. Your assignment is already written; the path already cleared.
4
Discerning the Voice of God
Jeremiah 29:11 — "...plans to give you hope and a future."
Decision-making with God requires distinguishing His voice from fear, people's expectations, and your own ambition. This section gives you a practical discernment framework that leads to God-aligned decisions.
5
Walking in the Decision
Ephesians 2:10 — "...good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
A decision unmade is still a decision. At some point, the woman who has prayed must take a step. Not a perfect step — a faithful one. God does not require you to see the entire staircase.
A Glimpse Inside — Section 3 Directive
The Directive
"Stop asking 'what should I do?' in isolation, and start asking 'what has God prepared for me to walk into?' These are different questions. One is about striving. The other is about alignment. God did not create you generally and hope you'd find something useful to do. He created you specifically for works He had already placed ahead of you on the road."
What's Inside
Discernment FrameworkPractical tools to identify God's voice among competing voices
4 Reflection PromptsBringing the decision out of your head and before God clearly
Prayer PagesSpace to lay every option before God and listen for direction
Next Faithful StepEach section ends with a specific, nameable next step to take

Leadership & Home25 Guided Pages

Building a Life of Wisdom, Strength, and Grace
Proverbs 14:1Proverbs 24:3-4Genesis 2:18Proverbs 3:5-6
About This Journal

Leadership is not a title you are given. It is a weight you carry. Every woman carries it — in her home, her work, her relationships, her community. Whether you lead a boardroom or a family table — you are leading something. The question is not whether you will lead. The question is how.

This journal is for the woman who wants to lead with wisdom — not as an unattainable standard, but as a living picture of what wisdom embodied looks like. A woman who builds rather than tears down. Who leads from love rather than fear.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
The Woman Who Builds
Proverbs 14:1 — "The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down."
A woman's own hands either build or tear down her house. The difference between wise and foolish is not talent or resources — it is wisdom consistently chosen over instinct. This section teaches you to audit what you are actually building.
2
Building with Wisdom
Proverbs 24:3-4 — "By wisdom a house is built, through understanding it is established..."
Three building materials: wisdom (the foundation), understanding (the structure — seeing beneath the surface), and knowledge (the furnishing — the detail that fills a life with rare and beautiful treasures). Each one essential.
3
The Strength of the Helper
Genesis 2:18 — "I will make a helper suitable for him."
The Hebrew word "ezer" (helper) is the same word Scripture uses for God Himself in Psalm 121. You are not a diminished support role — you are a strategic partner, a strength-bringer. Your contribution is not optional. It is essential.
4
Trusting Over Strategising
Proverbs 3:5-6 — "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding..."
For capable women, the greatest temptation is to lean on their own analysis. God is not asking you to stop thinking. He is asking you to trust Him more than your conclusions — and watch Him make the path straight.
5
Leading from Love
Proverbs 14:1 — "The wise woman builds her house..."
Fear-based leadership demands performance. Love-based leadership invites transformation. This section assesses the current culture of your leadership and helps you lead from your deepest, most God-given resource — love.
A Glimpse Inside — Directive
The Directive
"Stop minimising your leadership as 'just helping.' Reclaim the full weight of being an ezer. In your home, your presence is not decoration — it is foundation. In your workplace, your contribution is not optional — it is strategic. You were created with the DNA of the strongest helper in Scripture. Lead knowing that your strength was placed in this specific sphere on purpose."
What's Inside
Leadership AuditHonest assessment of where you are building vs. tearing down
4 Reflection PromptsFrom intention into actual leadership practice
Surrender PrayersLaying your leadership plans before God who makes paths straight
Vision DeclarationWritten statement of the leader and household you are building

Healing & Identity25 Guided Pages
Guarded Heart
Protecting Your Peace, Identity, and Emotional Wellbeing
Proverbs 4:23Isaiah 26:3Colossians 3:151 Peter 5:7
About This Journal

Above all else. That is where God places the guarding of your heart. Not as an afterthought — above all else — because everything flows from it. Your decisions, relationships, words, and work all draw from the condition of the heart beneath your chest.

This journal is not about building walls. It is about building wisdom — the kind that knows what to let in and what to hold outside. The kind that keeps you anchored in perfect peace even when the world churns. The kind that casts anxiety before it calcifies into fear.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
The Wellspring of Your Life
Proverbs 4:23 — "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
Solomon uses the image of a wellspring — the origin point from which everything flows downstream. Your parenting, marriage, work, and capacity for joy all draw from the heart's condition. This section teaches you to audit your heart honestly, without shame.
2
Perfect Peace
Isaiah 26:3 — "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
The Hebrew is "shalom shalom" — double peace. Not the absence of difficulty, but the presence of God transcending every circumstance. The condition is a steadfast mind. This section builds your mind-fixing practice — returning to God every time.
3
Let Peace Rule
Colossians 3:15 — "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts..."
"Rule" in Greek is "brabeuo" — the word for an umpire. The peace of Christ calls the play in every decision and relationship. A consistent absence of peace is God's invitation to bring that area under His authority.
4
Casting Your Anxiety
1 Peter 5:7 — "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
"Cast" is the same word used for throwing a fishing net — with force and intention. Not polite surrender. The Greek word "melei" is an active, passionate caring. God is not indifferent to the specific worry keeping you up tonight.
5
The Heart That Endures
Proverbs 4:23 — "Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
The guarded heart is not an invulnerable heart — it is a deeply open one. Protected enough to love fully and feel deeply without being overrun. This section builds one lasting heart-guarding practice you carry beyond these pages.
A Glimpse Inside — Directive
The Directive
"Make the casting a practice, not a one-time event. Every time anxiety rises, physically open your hands and say out loud: 'I cast this onto You. You care for me.' Let the body participate in the spiritual act. Over time, this practice rewires the anxious mind and builds in its place a deep, habitual trust. The Greek word for 'cares' is melei — an active, passionate caring."
What's Inside
Heart Audit PromptsHonest inventories of what is flowing from your wellspring right now
4 Reflection PromptsBringing specific anxieties and peace-blockers into the light
Casting PrayersSpace to name and release every anxiety to God who cares
Peace Practice CommitmentA heart-guarding practice you define and commit to keeping

The Faithful Builder
Kingdom Principles for Women Who Are Building
Hebrews 3:4Proverbs 16:3Galatians 6:9
About This Journal

You have a vision. A business, a ministry, an idea, a venture you have been carrying — sometimes with excitement, sometimes with exhaustion, sometimes with the growing sense that you might be building the right thing in the wrong way.

This journal is for the woman who wants to build it right. Not just strategically — though strategy matters. But in the right order. With the right foundation. With God as the ultimate architect. Because Hebrews 3:4 says it plainly: God is the builder of everything.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
God Is the Builder of Everything
Hebrews 3:4 — "For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything."
Your effort and skill are real and they matter. But behind every builder is the ultimate Builder. You are a co-builder with the One who built the heavens and earth. This section invites you to lay your entire vision before Him and watch what shifts.
2
Commit Your Work to God
Proverbs 16:3 — "Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."
The Hebrew word "galal" means to roll — roll your works onto the Lord. The weight, the burden, the outcome. What you commit, He establishes. "Establish" means to be confirmed, made firm, to stand. This is the posture of faith in the marketplace.
3
Do Not Grow Weary
Galatians 6:9 — "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest."
Paul wrote this to tired people — not lazy, tired. There will be seasons where inputs outweigh outputs. These are not signs of failure — they are the long middle of a harvest that will be worth every moment. Know your season.
4
Kingdom Economics
Proverbs 16:3 — "...he will establish your plans."
The kingdom operates on different principles than the marketplace. The seed that dies produces the harvest. The business that serves builds equity no balance sheet captures. This section defines the kingdom purpose behind your specific work.
5
The Harvest Is Coming
Galatians 6:9 — "...if we do not give up."
The faithful builder finishes — not perfectly, but faithfully. She is not defined by what she abandoned in weariness, but by what she completed in faith. This section writes your building declaration and establishes the character you need to cross the finish line.
A Glimpse Inside — Directive
The Directive
"Identify the areas of your work where you have been gripping the outcome too tightly. Where are you striving instead of committing? Write them down, then practice the physical act of rolling — open your hands, name the thing, and say out loud: 'I roll this onto You.' Do it for every item on your list. One hand working diligently, the other hand releasing the outcome. This is the posture of faith in the marketplace."
What's Inside
Surrender ExercisesStructured practices for releasing outcomes to God without stopping the work
4 Reflection PromptsSeason, weariness level, and kingdom purpose
Dedication PrayersWritten dedication of your work and outcomes before God
Kingdom Mission StatementYour work's declared purpose in God's economy

Discovering Who You Truly Are in Christ
2 Corinthians 5:17Galatians 3:261 Peter 2:9Galatians 2:20
About This Journal

Who are you, really? Not the version your upbringing described. Not the one your past mistakes have defined. Not the woman the voices in your head have been narrating for years. Who are you — in Christ?

This is the question at the centre of every other question. Get this wrong and everything downstream is slightly off. Get this right — anchor yourself in what God says is true — and everything changes. Rooted & Rising dismantles false identities and plants you in the truth. Not one day. Right now.

Your Journey — 5 Sections
1
The New Creation Has Come
2 Corinthians 5:17 — "If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"
The Greek word "kainos" means new in quality — a different kind of thing altogether. The woman shaped by trauma, failure, and others' words is not who you are in Christ. She is gone. Not repressed. Gone. This section serves the old identities their eviction notice.
2
Child of the Most High God
Galatians 3:26 — "So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith."
Notice the word: "are." Not "will be." Are. Present tense. Right now. A child of God has access through relationship, not performance. This section exposes the orphan spirit and replaces it with the security of a daughter who belongs unconditionally.
3
Chosen, Royal, and Holy
1 Peter 2:9 — "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession..."
Four identity declarations in one verse. Chosen: selected, not settled for. Royal: you carry the bloodline of the King. Holy: set apart for sacred purpose. Special possession: specifically held, valued, and protected by God. All four are true of you, right now.
4
No Longer I
Galatians 2:20 — "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me."
The most radical identity statement in Scripture. Not who you are becoming — who already lives in you. Christ Himself. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead, active within your daily life. This section invites the full surrender that makes space for everything true to rise.
5
Rising in Who You Are
2 Corinthians 5:17 & 1 Peter 2:9
The woman who knows who she is in Christ does not shrink. She rises — not in arrogance, but in the quiet, settled confidence of someone who knows whose she is. This section writes your final, full identity declaration. Present tense. True.
A Glimpse Inside — Directive
The Directive
"Stand in each of these four identities specifically. Write what it means for you — in your specific life, your specific struggles — to be chosen, to be royal, to be holy, to be God's special possession. Do not write a theology paper. Write a personal reckoning with truth that is specifically and irreversibly yours. By heaven's metrics, all four of these are true of you. Right now. Receive them."
What's Inside
Identity Eviction NoticesPrompts to name and release false identities from your past
4 Reflection PromptsPersonal reckonings with each dimension of your Christ-given identity
Surrender PrayersCrucifying the old self and welcoming Christ who lives through you
Identity DeclarationA bold, present-tense declaration of exactly who you are in Christ
